I am currently a student working towards my bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a focus on mental health. I love being able to help people grow and make sure that my own education is allowing me to further the ability to encourage the connection of mind, body and spirit.  

My educational background from Hocking College and Ohio University has allowed me to learn a diverse mix of mental health advocacy and Mother Nature Advocacy. I enjoy this wide range and it allows me to connect with people of all cultures and ages.

I am a working towards making mental health becoming less of a stigma and more openly talked about. It’s a huge passion of mine and I look forward to being a part of your growth!

– I am a certified PADI Dive Master.
