We are looking for Ohio independently-licensed clinicians (LPCC, LISW, IMFT, PsyD, or PhD) who want to see clients (individuals, couples, family, and/or groups) in-person, via telehealth, or both, who want to be a part of fulfilling this vision. Job Description:

In this role, you will work directly with clients (ages 12+) to address mental health needs to include, but not limited to: mood disorders, communication issues, PTSD / racial PTSD, anxiety, loss and bereavement, career choice and changes, anger and stress management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete intake assessments for potential clients seeking mental health treatment
  • Conduct regular scheduled appointments with clients to meet treatment needs
  • Establish positive rapport and trusting therapeutic relationships
  • Administer various treatment interventions to provide guidance and appropriately address client’s personalized goals
  • Continually assess client needs
  • Provide psycho-education when needed
  • Involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when appropriate to client’s healing and treatment process
  • Record and maintain adequate session notes in a timely manner
  • When client needs are outside company scope of practice, refer clients to outside sources that can better address their specific needs
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality practice of each and every client
  • Maintain client rights and responsibilities
  • Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate malpractice insurance

Pay Rate

$45 per hour, Independent Licensed, Bi-Weekly

Education:

  • Master’s (Required)

License/Certification:

  • LPCC, LISW, IMFT, PsyD, or PhD in Ohio (Required)
