– Grief / Loss
– Life Transitions
Life Coaching is similar to counseling, though it offers a myriad of opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
Communication is one of the key concerns that couples report as areas for growth and marital / relationship dissatisfaction. See article for more insight with long distance relationships and communication Marriage.com. While many couples pursue therapy because they’re in crisis, I would also like to extend an invitation to come in for regular check-ups every three to six months to develop tools to maintain a healthy relationship.
You are not alone. Whether you have lost a loved one or you are enduring the loss of a job, identity, or a relationship, remember you are not alone. At LifeSprings Counseling, you will find hope for tomorrow through empathetic support and education on the stages of grief/loss.
While the stages of grief/loss are not linear, it’s helpful to keep in mind that these stages are completely normal considering the loss that you have experienced. Grief and loss is part of the human experience, no one is exempt. Allow LifeSprings Counseling to walk alongside you during this time of transition.
Stages of Grief
– Meaning Making
LifeSprings Counseling offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced trauma to heal and grow.
Trauma can vary from experiencing or witnessing a childhood abuse (physical, sexual, or emotional) to natural or human disaster (ex. fire, flood, or torture) to physical and sexual assaults, and military combat.
It is my hope that you will find healing and strength as you lean into your wellness journey.
